Entsorgungslogistik Austria (ELA) was founded in 1999 and has been in full
ownership of the Rail Cargo Austria group since 1st January 2004. On the one
hand, the business offers and provides logistics services and other services in
the area of recycling and waste disposal as well as associated services and
commercial activities. On the other hand, the product range of ELA is completed
by the services of the oil separator team and by the opportunities in the field
of wagon cleaning systems. The domains are primarily markets such as floors,
contaminated sites, supply and disposal logistics of construction sites and
project businesses in the areas of residential waste. In the course of the
development, the significance of the (pure) transport service has taken more and
more of a back seat. ELA is specialised in the recycling and disposal of waste
and materials in the rail sector, of communal waste, workshop waste, waste from
the contaminated sites sector as well as waste from road construction.
ELA is certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001 and also according to OHSAS 18001. It therefore goes without saying that quality, security and above all industrial safety and the environment are integrated components of the business. Environmentally-friendly disposal of industrial and residential waste begins right from the transportation by rail to be recycled.
