The services

Import and export customs clearance.
Initiation and completion of the “formal transit procedure (NCTS)” as authorised consignor.
Performance of the “simplified transit procedure (SCTP)” in rail transport.
Customs clearance en route for shipments destined to other member states (customs procedure code 42**).
Operation of customs warehouses type D.
Authorised representative in local clearance procedure.
Preparation and submittal of domestic trade statistics (INTRASTAT) to Statistik Austria and, on special request, also for customers in Germany to the Statistische Bundesamt.

You can give us your order for customs clearance by phone, in writing, by email, fax or in person. We have an interface through which you can transmit import and export invoices to us (the electronic invoice transmission, however, is not a substitute for the physical invoice).
