e-Cargo is your direct and rapid access for an efficient order management concerning wagonloads. Order data is quickly available and easy to use. The following information is only a mouse click away:
- Overview of converging and provided shipments with an ongoing actualization of the time of arrival
- Overview of the last consignment note version
- Overview of provided wagons
- Electronic confirmation of shipment delivery
- Electronic tracking and tracing with current status messages for both the sender and the recipient
The next step will be the implementation for all other electronic services concerning wagonloads, such as empty wagon order book, e-frachtbrief@ and tariff calculation at the presiding e-Cargo portal. The portal will only be accessible via login.
Empty wagon order book
The empty wagon order book allows direct ordering of goods wagons over the
internet, which will be transferred directly to Rail Cargo Austria.
The
application offers a template system where your orders will be processed and
transferred in 4 steps. Equally in this application you will receive a
notification of the wagon numbers used for your order. You consistently have a
current overview of the processing status of your orders, as well as the status
of the wagons allocated to you.
e-frachtbrief@, the electronic consignment note
e-frachtbrief@ allows direct, easy and cost-efficient entry of consignment data via the internet and subsequent printout of the data at the sending station. The sending station stores the data as target data – acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you by email. This will considerably facilitate your administrative work since the process of entering consignment note data is significantly shorter and easier. e-frachtbrief@ is a convenient and simple solution to bring data into electronic format. In order to guarantee complete data privacy, a complex data security solution has been developed including encryption of all data and permitting access only via user identification and password.
Tariff calculation
The tariff calculation program is an e-service which enables our customers to
quickly and unbureaucratically calculate, via the internet, gross and net prices
of wagonload consignments on many transport routes.
