The new service enhancement of BahnExpress: on time, without fail, uncomplicated
The new service is called BEX 10 and BEX 12: Your consignment is delivered to selected postal code areas in Austria on time by 10 a.m. or noon of the following working day at the latest. The only condition: The recipient’s goods receiving department must be open from 8 a.m. onwards.
You profit from an on-time delivery and furthermore from the guaranteed
service with reimbursement of the surcharge, which implies a high degree of
security.
You can process shipments electronically and equip them with the necessary
shipping documents by means of e-BEX. Then you can monitor the dispatch status
with Tracking & Tracing BEX.
In the service specifications of BEX 10 / BEX 12, you can enter your postal code to find out in which postal code areas BEX 10 and/or 12 is/are delivered. Your goods can be collected from all over Austria.
